Cancellation policy

Cocoa Club is a month-to-month subscription, and you may cancel at any time.

Billing. Cocoa Club is billed monthly, and all renewals process on the first of the month.

How to cancel. Cancel any time before 11:59pm ET on the last day of the month, which is the day before your renewal. You can cancel by managing your subscription in your account or by emailing contact@cocoaasante.com.

Refunds. Once a renewal has shipped, it is not refundable. If a renewal has been billed but has not yet shipped, it is refundable within 12 hours of the renewal charge.
