How do billing and skipping work?

Cocoa Club bills monthly and renews on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of each month. You can skip a month or cancel anytime from your account, no email required.

When does my box ship?

Memberships renew on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd of each month, and boxes ship within 1 to 7 days. Your first order arrives within about two business days of signing up.

Can I switch tiers or commitment?

Yes. Switch tiers or commitment anytime, and the change takes effect at your next renewal.

Can I gift a membership?

Yes. Choose a gift membership at checkout and we will send the recipient a note to start their subscription.
