Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled within 1 to 7 business days. Because our chocolate is temperature-sensitive and perishable, we ship Monday through Wednesday so nothing sits in transit over a weekend. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and a tracking number once it ships. Please track your order closely and have someone available to receive it.

Shipping options

We ship to all US states, including Hawaii and Alaska, via FedEx.

• FedEx 2Day (free): free on every order, all year, with no minimum. Arrives in 1 to 2 business days.
• FedEx Standard Overnight (paid upgrade): available year-round at checkout. We strongly recommend it from June 1 to September 30.

Cocoa Hull Tea ships via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders to PO boxes ship via USPS Priority.

Warm weather and melting

FedEx 2Day is free and available all year. If your chocolate arrives melted or damaged on standard 2Day shipping, that is covered like any other damage: contact us and we will make it right. Overnight is an optional upgrade that simply reduces time in transit during the hottest months.

Local pickup

Pick up free from our commercial kitchen, Monday through Friday, 10am to 1pm, at 4300 N Access Rd, Ste B, Chattanooga, TN 37415. Text or call 423-227-8708 with your order number and the make and color of your vehicle. Orders are held for 2 weeks, with a 2-week freeze if they are near their best-by date. We send reminders on day 7 and day 12, and unclaimed orders are forfeited after 4 weeks.
