These terms apply to corporate, bulk, and custom orders placed with Cocoa Asante. They are in addition to our general Terms of Service.
Payment
Corporate orders are paid in full before production begins.
Lead times
- Standard corporate orders, with no customization: 2 weeks minimum.
- Customized orders: 6 weeks minimum.
Please plan ahead, especially around holidays and peak seasons.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Once production has begun, corporate orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. For customized orders, custom work is non-refundable once artwork has been approved.
Shipping
We strongly recommend FedEx Standard Overnight from June 1 to September 30 to protect your chocolate in warm weather.
