Will my chocolate arrive safely in summer?
Yes, that is our cold-safe promise. Every order ships in insulated packaging with ice packs via FedEx 2-Day, and we only ship Monday to Wednesday so boxes never sit over a weekend.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx 2-Day, so your box never sits in a warehouse over the weekend. You will get tracking by email as soon as it is on the way.
How should I store and taste them?
Keep bonbons cool and dry, away from direct sun, around 60 to 68 degrees. Let them come to room temperature before tasting, then enjoy within three to four weeks for peak flavor.
Allergens & gifting
What allergens are in your chocolate?
Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and sesame, and most products are made on shared equipment. This is not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. The exception is our bean-to-bar dark chocolate bars, which are made without shared equipment and are allergen-free. Each product page lists its specific ingredients and allergens.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add a free gift note at checkout and we will include it, handwritten style, with the order.
Will the recipient see a receipt?
No. We never include prices or receipts in the box, so it is always ready to give.
